Kyle Steppe is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Performance Coach

Hello there! 🌿 My journey with yoga began in 2015, and I can honestly say it's been nothing short of a life-altering experience. From that very first class, something clicked, and I knew I had stumbled upon a transformative path.

As an avid student, I immersed myself in the practice, soaking up the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits that yoga had to offer. It didn't take long for me to feel the profound impact it had on my life. Fueled by a desire to share this gift with others, I embarked on a journey to become a certified yoga teacher.

In 2022, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in the enchanting setting of lake Atitlan in Guatemala. The experience was not just about learning poses and sequences; it was a deep dive into the philosophy and essence of yoga. It was a journey within, and it laid the foundation for the classes I would go on to teach.

My teaching style is heavily influenced by Hatha and Yin yoga formats. These disciplines resonate with me on a personal level, as they offer a beautiful balance between strength and surrender, movement and stillness.

Yoga, for me, is more than just a physical practice. It's a powerful tool for self-discovery and healing. It has been my anchor in overcoming anxiety and navigating through stored traumas that manifested as recurring injuries. Through it all, yoga has been my guide on a profound journey of love and forgiveness.

I believe in the transformative power of yoga to not only strengthen the body but also to nurture the mind and spirit. My classes are crafted with intention, inviting students to explore their own paths of self-discovery and well-being. It's a space where we can cultivate love and forgiveness, starting from within ourselves and radiating outward to others.
